Data handling for this instance

Self-hosted configuration note. The operator of this installation is responsible for its privacy notice, contact details, hosting, access and backup policy. The operator should complete this page before inviting other users.

Application behavior

Bridge processes the authorized host’s Zoom identity and credentials, meeting context, participant names and identifiers, observed room and camera state, message schedules and operational events. Everyone chat visible to Broadcast Agent is saved automatically while it is present. The app does not collect audio, video, screen recordings or private/direct chat.

Storage

Server data stays in this installation’s data directory or Docker volume. OAuth tokens and application payloads use AES-256-GCM with the operator’s keys. Some technical database metadata is outside payload encryption. Pending browser History records use encrypted local storage when the queue encryption key is available; unsent in-memory observations may be lost on reload. Downloaded exports stay on the device.

Retention and deletion

Retention differs by data type. Session capture and diagnostic records have configured age and size limits; meeting History, authorization and other owner records follow their own lifecycle. Verified app deauthorization triggers account-scoped cleanup. Offline browser copies, downloads and infrastructure backups require separate handling by their owners.

The instance operator must specify actual retention and backup arrangements and a contact for data requests. Removing this app from Zoom revokes its Zoom access; webhook delivery must be configured for server cleanup.
